Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and challenges.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a hospital.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
