Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals & corporate objectives
Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable university & experience as an HR & GA Manager in the Poultry, Food Processing, Food Manufacturing, FMCG is preferable
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior HR leadership role to lead and develop HR & GA teams
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, full-cycle HR best practices
Proven background in HR best practices and driving transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness
Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop HR strategies while staying actively involved in operations
Willing to be located in the South Jakarta Head Office, Gatot Subroto.
