Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals & corporate objectives
- Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
- Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
- Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
- Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a reputable university & experience as an HR & GA Manager in the Poultry, Food Processing, Food Manufacturing, FMCG is preferable
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior HR leadership role to lead and develop HR & GA teams
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, full-cycle HR best practices
- Proven background in HR best practices and driving transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop HR strategies while staying actively involved in operations
- Willing to be located in the South Jakarta Head Office, Gatot Subroto.
