Job Description
- Overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Leading and mentoring department heads to maintain high standards across all areas.
- Monitoring budget performance and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in hotel services.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of luxury hospitality experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or GM)
- Proven track record in managing 5‑star or luxury hotels/resorts
- Strong experience working with international hotel brands preferred
