The hotel features extensive meeting and convention facilities, including a large ballroom and multiple function rooms, positioning it as a key MICE destination in the market.

The role
- Full accountability for the hotel's performance, profitability, and market positioning
- Leading a large-scale, MICE-driven operation with a strong mix of corporate, government, and social event business
- Working in close partnership with ownership to drive profitability and long-term asset value
- Driving performance through active market engagement and revenue optimisation across rooms, MICE, and F&B
- Building a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational discipline across a sizeable team
- Representing the hotel within the local market and broader IHG network
What We Need From You
- Proven General Manager or Hotel Manager experience in a full-service, internationally branded city hotel, ideally with strong MICE exposure
- Commercially driven, with a track record in corporate, government, and event business, and strong market awareness
- Strong operational leadership, with the ability to elevate F&B performance, guest experience, and service consistency
- Solid financial acumen, including full P&L ownership and cost discipline
- A leadership style that builds high-performing teams and ensures accountability
- Fluency in English; experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred
