Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a General Manager (F&B). The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring profitability. Additional responsibilities include implementing strategies to improve customer experience, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and delivering team training. Leadership and a focus on customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and motivate staff
- Expertise in operational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and team coordination
- Proficiency in food and beverage service operations, including menu development and compliance with health and safety standards
- Knowledge of financial management, including cost control, profit optimization, and revenue tracking
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in Restaurant or Hospitality as General Manager
