Adecco is partnering with a fast-growing digital healthcare and enterprise wellbeing company currently expanding its commercial footprint across Indonesia. Our client works closely with leading corporates, insurers, and enterprise partners to deliver integrated preventive healthcare and health management solutions designed to improve workforce health outcomes and long-term organizational performance.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded General Manager to lead business expansion, strengthen enterprise partnerships, and drive sustainable commercial growth within the Indonesia market.
Role Summary
The General Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving the company's commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across Indonesia. This role requires a highly relationship-oriented leader with strong B2B enterprise sales capability, healthcare ecosystem understanding, and the ability to scale commercial performance within a fast-growing and evolving organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall commercial growth initiatives across the Indonesia market, with a strong focus on enterprise partnerships and strategic account expansion.
• Drive B2B business development efforts across large corporates, insurers, healthcare ecosystem players, and strategic enterprise accounts.
• Strengthen and grow relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, HR leaders, insurers, healthcare providers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to accelerate revenue growth, improve market penetration, and diversify the company's client portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams including care delivery, partnerships, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and business execution.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and partnership opportunities to strengthen the company's positioning within Indonesia's healthcare and enterprise landscape.
• Monitor and drive commercial performance, revenue targets, and strategic business KPIs while ensuring sustainable and scalable business growth.
• Support the development of long-term organizational capabilities and leadership infrastructure as the business continues to scale in Indonesia.
Key Requirements
• Medical Doctor (MD) background is highly preferred, particularly candidates with exposure to preventive healthcare, occupational health, employee wellbeing, or healthcare ecosystem partnerships.
• 10–15 years of experience within B2B enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong exposure to healthcare, healthtech, insurance, employee benefits, wellness, preventive healthcare, or enterprise solutions environments.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise partnerships, commercial growth, and strategic account management within complex B2B ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with exposure to revenue ownership, growth strategy, and business expansion initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior enterprise stakeholders, including corporate leadership and strategic partners.
• Strong relationship-building capability with an entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset.
• Healthcare or medical background would be advantageous, particularly candidates with exposure to workforce health, preventive healthcare, occupational health, or healthcare ecosystem partnerships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented business environment.
