Job Description

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Facility Management, or Technical Operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience in a theme park is required, preferably in a senior engineering, maintenance, or technical management role.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in theme park engineering operations, attractions, facilities, and technical systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, building infrastructure, and preventive & corrective maintenance.
  • Experience in managing the maintenance, reliability, and operational readiness of theme park attractions and facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering safety, fire & life safety systems, emergency response, risk management, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects, renovations, equipment upgrades, engineering improvement projects, and major maintenance programs.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, asset management programs, and engineering standards.
  • Experienced in budget planning, cost control, procurement, vendor management, and contract management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a large multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Operations, Safety & Security, Project, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering, maintenance, or facility management systems/software.
  • Willing to work in a dynamic theme park environment, including weekends, public holidays, and on-call situations when required.
  • Professional engineering certification or relevant technical certification will be considered an advantage.
