As our
General Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end business for
Reserve by City Padel and report it to the Stakeholders
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve growth, increase profitability, and enhance market share.
- Financial Management: Develop budgets, manage expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure financial targets are met.
- Staff Management & Development: Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team productivity.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Represent the organization in negotiations with stakeholders, vendors, and clients
- Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve the wellness and sports ecosystem through new programs, events, or technologies.
Requirements
Requirements
- Based in Surabaya
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management is Preferred
- Experience in Business Management or related fields for min. 3-5 years
- Experience in handling multiple departments
- Technical Competencies: Business performance management, business growth, operational management, and continuous improvement
- Excellent knowledge of the Sport & Wellness Industry
- Strong analytical skill with proven track record of managing Profit & Loss
- A people person capable of building positive relationships and managing team performance
