General Ledger Supervisor

Role Description The General Ledger Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Wonoayu Sidoarjo Plant, responsible for overseeing daily general ledger activities and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. This role supervises the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The General Ledger Supervisor monitors and maintains fixed asset records, coordinates with finance and operational teams to resolve discrepancies, and supports internal and external audits. The role also involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends or irregularities, and providing insights to support management decision-making and continuous improvement in accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead position.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing accounting, including production costs, inventory, raw materials, labor costs, and manufacturing overhead.
• Have a good communication skill, detail, & responsible.
• Willing to be placed in Wonoayu Sidoarjo Plant
