General Ledger Accountant (Mandarin Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of general ledger accounting and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support financial reporting, management reports, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
• Assist in process improvement and internal control enhancement
• Communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 35 years of relevant general ledger accounting experience
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
