Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with vendor invoice processing, including scanning and organizing supporting documents.
  • Handle petty cash requests and settlements for apartment-related needs, office/pantry supplies, internal events, and decorations.
  • Track and follow up on facility-related issues, such as air conditioning, electrical problems, and cleanliness.
  • Support administrative tasks, including document filing, scanning, and archiving (e.g., delivery letters, contracts, and receipts).
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of pantry and office supplies (ATK), ensuring timely restocking.

Requirements

  • Last year student or fresh graduate from University. Preferably from Business Administration, Management, or Secretarial studies.
  • Adequate proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in learning.
  • Willing to work from the office and assist with basic on-site errands as needed.
