Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring SmartForm tickets by checking incoming requests, verifying information, and keeping track of ticket progress
  • Preparing, broadcasting, and conducting socialization of flyers to Corporate, Upstream, and Downstream teams
  • Following up on ticket approvals and making sure each request is processed until it is completed
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports, including total ticket volume processed, SLA performance, GA Dashboard updates, summaries of any special issues that occurred
  • Escalating any unresolved issues to the Team Lead when needed
  • Guiding users on how to properly use the correct SmartForm application or module

Requirements

  • Open to all majors
  • Commitment to a 6-month internship
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy getting things right
  • Good analytical skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with motivation to take initiative and learn new things
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use and excited to learn business process tools (such as SmartForm) and basic applications like Microsoft Office to support daily work
  • Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to communicate clearly when needed
  • Able to come up with new ideas and suggest better ways to complete tasks
  • Demonstrates good organizational skills to manage tasks well and stay on track
