Monitoring SmartForm tickets by checking incoming requests, verifying information, and keeping track of ticket progress
Preparing, broadcasting, and conducting socialization of flyers to Corporate, Upstream, and Downstream teams
Following up on ticket approvals and making sure each request is processed until it is completed
Creating weekly and monthly reports, including total ticket volume processed, SLA performance, GA Dashboard updates, summaries of any special issues that occurred
Escalating any unresolved issues to the Team Lead when needed
Guiding users on how to properly use the correct SmartForm application or module
Requirements

Commitment to a 6-month internship
Strong attention to detail and enjoy getting things right
Good analytical skills
A proactive and positive attitude, with motivation to take initiative and learn new things
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use and excited to learn business process tools (such as SmartForm) and basic applications like Microsoft Office to support daily work
Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to communicate clearly when needed
Able to come up with new ideas and suggest better ways to complete tasks
Demonstrates good organizational skills to manage tasks well and stay on track
