Job Description
  • Manage and ensure smooth daily General Affair operations across office and operational facilities.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, pantry items, consumables, and operational tools.
  • Monitor and support PO processing in SAP for operational and routine expenses.
  • Manage office building facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors related to building maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, security, and operational services.
  • Manage company vehicle schedules, maintenance, STNK renewals, parking, and operational support.
  • Coordinate business trips including flight tickets, hotels, and visa arrangements for employees and management.
  • Supervise office asset maintenance and ensure all company facilities are well maintained.
  • Prepare and monitor GA operational reports and administrative documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, QHSE standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Lead, guide, evaluate, and monitor the performance of the General Affair team.
  • Control GA operational budgets and support cost efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of General Affair operations, building/facility management, and asset management.
  • Familiarity with SAP system for PO processing and operational administration is preferred.
  • Good understanding of vendor management, office maintenance, utilities, and operational support services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management, Environmental, and K3 systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage teams, and handle multiple operational activities effectively.
  • Good discipline, responsibility, and professional attitude.
