About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive General Affairs to join our team in Cikampek. The ideal candidate is committed to ensuring smooth operational support for projects, managing vendor relationships, handling facility and vehicle management, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Manage company vehicles and rental operations, including maintenance, insurance, and documentation (STNK).
  • Coordinate with vendors and external parties for operational and project needs.
  • Oversee branch office and facility operations (utilities, maintenance, etc).
  • Handle permits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Manage employee accommodation (mess), including vendor coordination and facility readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement & Legal) for contracts and agreements.
  • Support project operations through logistics and administrative coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Work experience: 1–2 years in General Affair
  • Able to standby 24 hours, especially for urgent matters
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Experience in vendor and facility management
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving
  • Willing to be placed in Cikampek.
