Key Responsibilities
- Office & Facility Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and minor repairs of facilities, equipment, and vehicles
- Coordinate with OB for services like cleaning, security, snack, and arrange support for internal events and meetings
2.Procurement & Inventory Control
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, and services by comparing vendors, negotiating, and tracking costs .
- Manage asset inventorytracking, labeling, auditing, and coordinating maintenance schedules
- Administrative Support & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of documents, incoming/outgoing mail, petty cash, travel bookings, and vehicle schedules
- Prepare periodic reports on GA activities, budget usage, asset status, and compliance documentation
4.Vendor & Contract Management
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time payment
5.Support Event & Employee Services
- Provide logistical support to meetings, workshops, visits, and other corporates
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding by preparing workstations, facilitating IT setup, and helping arrange work permits or translations if needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Administrative, Management, or related fields preferred
- 12 years of experience in GA, administration, or facility management roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problemsolving, communication, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail, integrity, ability to work under pressure, and proactive approach .
- Basic understanding of compliance, healthsafety regulations, and facility legal documentation
