Responsibilities

• Supervise indoor and outdoor cleanliness
• Manage company assets (inventory, maintenance, disposal)
• Oversee operational vehicles (scheduling, maintenance, fuel)
• Coordinate guest and expatriate accommodation
• Ensure availability and control of office supplies (ATK)
• Handle legal documents and permits (building, expatriate, operational)
• Maintain factory security and coordinate with security vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with related major
• Have experience minimum of 2 years
• Able to using all account of Permit
• Good in English
