About The Role

As a General Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing facilities, procurement, logistics, and company assets, while also supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to a well-organized and positive workplace environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee office and facility management, ensuring infrastructure, supplies, and equipment are well-maintained
  • Manage internal procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management, while ensuring compliance with budget constraints and company policies
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Oversee company vehicle usage and maintenance, ensuring transportation policies are followed
  • Actively contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives

Requirements


  • 1+ year of experience in People Operations, General Affairs, or Administrative roles
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, compliance, and logistics is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills in handling office-related issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve GA-related issues
  • Meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and proactively improve office operations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
