Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle all visa processes for stakeholders and collaborate with other department, including application, extension, conversion, and cancellation.
  • Support asset stakeholder and transportation services.
  • Arrange accommodation and daily operational needs and coordinate with Office Boy (OB), Building Management, or property owners for maintenance or replacements.
  • Provide administrative support, monthly SIM corporate mobile payments, visa processing payments, monthly apartment water and electricity payment submissions through the system
  • Manage company assets such as mobile phones, corporate numbers, and office facilities.
  • Collaborate with external vendor when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or General Affairs (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is Must
