Job Description

Job Purpose:

The General Affair (GA) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing GA strategies, policies, and standards to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all locations. This role oversees GA services, resource allocation, and budget management, while monitoring and evaluating service performance to maintain quality and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the GA Manager provides leadership in team development, risk management, and strategic planning to support the company's objectives.

The incumbent will be assigned to PT Cipta Kridatama (CK), a mining contracting company and a subsidiary of PT ABM Investama.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GA strategy and policy: develop clear guidelines and work standards, define roles and responsibilities, ensure compliance, and maintain service consistency so that GA functions remain aligned with organizational objectives.
  • GA services: ensure service needs at Head Office and Site Offices are standardized and aligned with company policies and objectives. Manage resource and budget utilization efficiently, including cost planning, allocation, and expense monitoring, to maintain effective and compliant services.
  • GA services monitoring and evaluation: ensure services at Head Office and Site Offices operate efficiently, meet standards, and comply with regulations. Monitor vendor performance, review service outcomes, and analyze data to identify issues, measure performance using KPIs, and develop improvement plans to maintain service effectiveness across all locations.
  • Managerial accountability: develop and evaluate team performance, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure work quality. Support budget management, contribute to strategic planning and goal setting, ensure compliance and risk management, and oversee communication and change management to ensure functional effectiveness in line with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 57 years in General Affairs, with at least 23 years in a managerial or department head role. Experience in mining or heavy industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of facility management, procurement, and logistics; knowledge of licensing and regulations related to office operations in Indonesia, especially in the mining sector; proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership and managerial capabilities; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
