Job Description

We are looking for a General Affair & IT Support Senior Associate to manage daily office operations, facilities, company assets, vendors, and first-level IT support for employees. This role will support both operational and technical workplace needs, including office administration, asset management, employee device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding support, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, organized, and able to ensure that workplace operations and employee support run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, and workplace support needs
  • Maintain company asset inventory, including laptops, office equipment, ID cards, access cards, and other company property
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding related to assets, accounts, equipment, and office access
  • Provide first-level IT support for laptops, software, printers, Wi-Fi, email/accounts, and basic network issues
  • Prepare and configure laptops/devices for new joiners
  • Coordinate with building management, external vendors, internal IT, HR, Finance, and other teams
  • Maintain documentation for assets, vendor records, invoices, handovers, and support activities
  • Support office maintenance, renovation, relocation, and improvement projects when required
  • Monitor and report recurring operational or IT issues and recommend improvements
  • Ensure all GA and IT support processes follow company policies and documentation standards

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in General Affair, Office Operations, IT Support, Asset Management, or a similar combined role
  • Able to troubleshoot basic IT issues related to laptops, software, printers, Wi-Fi, email, and employee devices
  • Experienced in asset tracking, vendor coordination, facilities support, and administrative documentation
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests
  • Able to work independently and follow up tasks until completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup, technology, logistics, mobility, or operations-driven company
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, basic networking, ticketing tools, or asset management systems
  • Basic understanding of IT security, access management, and company asset governance
