Job Description:

  • Manage and process customer orders through internal systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability records.
  • Prepare and update inventory and operational reports regularly.
  • Support documentation processes including purchase and sales orders for local and international transactions.
  • Liaise with related stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment and operational execution.
  • Provide operational and administrative support across the team as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or related areas.
  • Experience in handling order management, inventory monitoring, operational coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to communicate and write fluently in English.
