Assist in filing and organizing company documents in both physical and digital formats.
Support document scanning, printing, verification, and administrative document management.
Assist in data entry and database updates using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
Update administrative trackers and monitor outstanding documents.
Support administrative documentation for the Finance Department, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Warehouse, and General Affairs (GA).
Assist with Legal administration, including contract documentation and filing.
Job Requirements
Final-year undergraduate students or fresh graduates in Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or other related majors.
Good administrative and document management skills, including filing, data entry, document organization, and maintaining the confidentiality of company documents.
Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Drive).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
