Candidates are expected to be able to manage finances and maintain the security along with the confidentiality of archives and documents.
What Will You Do:
- Manage and be responsible for faculty capital expenditure activities in accordance with applicable procedures
- Maintain and monitor inventory records of faculty capital assets
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and maintain systematic filing of documents and letters
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including equipment stock opname
- Support the preparation and completion of faculty accreditation documentation
- Act as Faculty Household Coordinator, including the management of facilities and amenities
- Carry out other tasks as directed by faculty management
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Management/Accounting/Communication from Reputable University with Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Min. 1 Year Experience in same position.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Word,etc.)
