Job Description

Qualification:

  • Minimum D3 any Major (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)
  • Minimum GPA 2,75
  • Experience minimum 6 months in Call Center (Have experience in travel industry/GDS operations preferred)
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
  • Communicative.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
  • Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
  • Willing to place in SURAKARTA (SOLO RAYA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight bookings & reservations on GDS portals (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
  • Handle refunds, cancellations, reissues, & itinerary changes accurately
  • Address customer queries, documentation, & concerns
  • Resolve customer escalations (including email, chat, and voice) professionally
  • Maintain high-quality service with timely resolutions
