GDS Claim Data Analyst

Purposes of Role:

We are looking for Data Analyst to be part of the clients Central Claims team. This role will be in charge of running the clients Claim Service. This role will be driving customer satisfaction from claim processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage claim handling process from cost control to payment based on the agreed SLA
• Manage claim improvement in process and tools
• Regular status report on audits and on large claim amounts airline relationship and direct settlement process implementation
• Provide Quality analysis on key claims to prevent future cases and increase satisfaction
• Support peers in escalated issues
• Address main claims in various functional areas until their resolution
• Interact with the internal and external partners

Qualifications:

• Have experience in using Global Distribution System, specifically Amadeus system.
• Have Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
• Advanced in Ms. Excel and programming knowledge
• Bachelors degree in any relevant major
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving, notions on project management
