Supervise day-to-day gateway operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching cargo.
Coordinate with linehaul, warehouse, and sorting teams to ensure on-time cargo transfer.
Ensure all packages are processed correctly, following scanning and handling procedures. Monitor delivery timelines and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLA).
Act as the main liaison with Mandarin-speaking vendors or partners.
Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training or coaching to gateway staff. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at the gateway hub.
Generate daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs, issues, and improvement plans.
Work closely with the logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 23 years of experience in logistics, gateway, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) required for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational tools or WMS systems.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes.
