Garden & Landscape Supervisor

CExotik Villas Bali is a Bali-based villa management company managing a portfolio of private villas, primarily across the Bukit area. Our team handles the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards for both our guests and villa owners.

We are looking for an experienced Gardener & Landscaper to supervise and support our gardening team across the villas we manage in the Bukit area (Ungasan – Bingin – Uluwatu)

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate our team of gardeners
• Regularly inspect the gardens across our villas
• Ensure gardens are healthy, clean and beautifully maintained
• Identify plant, irrigation, pest and maintenance issues
• Guide and train gardeners to improve quality and consistency
• Plan landscaping improvements and plant replacements
• Coordinate gardening schedules and priorities with our villa management team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in gardening and landscaping
• Has experience supervising or leading a gardening team
• Has good knowledge of plants, lawn care, irrigation, fertilizers and pest control
• Is organized, proactive and attentive to detail
• Can travel between villas around the Bukit
• Is reliable and comfortable working independently
