Own the bounty mechanics:
- Design and iterate the prize pool structure: how rewards are sized, distributed, and tiered across participation levels
- Build non-linear, probability-weighted reward systems — not flat guaranteed payouts.
- Separate and manage multiple reward pools (pay-per-view vs. pay-per-action) based on what behaviors Eklipse actually wants to drive.
- Define participation thresholds, qualification criteria, and eligibility rules per bounty cycle.
Own the unit economics:
- Model the incremental cost vs. incremental LTV for each bounty format before it launches.
- Size prize pools based on what the business can actually afford per user cohort — working directly from LTV, CAC, and retention data
- Track whether each program is generating incremental subs, incremental publishing behavior, or incremental retention — and adjust accordingly
- Flag programs that look good on the surface but destroy margin
Expand the gamification model across the app:
- Map how Eklipse currently uses streaks, milestones, leaderboards, and rewards — identify what's working and what's missing
- Design and test gamification mechanics beyond bounty: progression systems, creator levels, engagement rewards
- Build the analytical framework to measure whether each gamification surface is actually changing behavior — publishing frequency, session depth, retention curves
- Bring a coherent gamification strategy to product and leadership: what we build next, why, and what we expect it to move
Run the monthly program:
- Execute each bounty cycle: briefing, launch, creator communication, winner selection, payout
- Track participation week over week — adoption rate, drop-off point, view thresholds reached
- Monitor re-engagement: are June participants coming back in July Why not
- Coordinate with product on in-app bounty features, notifications, and gamification surfaces
Experiment and improve:
- Design A/B tests on prize structures, entry mechanics, and reward timing
- Test what works: does a higher-probability small prize outperform a low-probability large prize for our user base
- Bring back learnings that inform both product and marketing direction
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years in growth, loyalty programs, rewards design, or program management
- Comfortable with numbers: probability, expected value, unit economics, cohort analysis — you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to be able to build and defend a model
- Experience owning or managing an incentive program end-to-end — loyalty, referral, gamification, or creator monetization
- Strong executional ownership — you run the program, you don't just advise on it
- Professional English, written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Background in gaming, creator economy, or consumer subscription businesses
- Familiarity with how streaming creators think about income and motivation
- Experience with game economy design or virtual reward systems
- Experience with Stripe, payment rails, or payout infrastructure
