Office Management (ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workspace, manage reception/visitors protocol, access card, stationary handling, storage facilities, liaising with Building Management / Tenant Relation, etc.)
Fleet and Transportation Management (daily operations of company operational cars supporting store operations and expatriate members, including coordination with 3rd party, i.e. taxi, rentals, and ride hailing options, car-pooling, expenses, etc.)
Vendor Management (maintain high quality output (goods and/or services), building relationships, contracts, PO, invoices, etc.)
Security service (mainly security services stationed in stores, and head office)
Business travel (ensure reasonability of travel budget managed by 3rd party, SLA, etc.)
Project management (propose, execute, and run PDCA cycle)
People development (lead, groom and enhance standards of every GA Department member)
Proactively check all matters related to GA and seek for opportunities to improve it.
Actively participate in Global projects and build proactive communication with Global HQ.
Other tasks related to General Administration as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
15 years working experience with 8-10 years in the General Administration / Services area.
Minimal 5 years as Manager / Sr. Manager / AVP of GA/GS Department.
Minimal bachelor (S-1) in Business Administration, Law, or other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Have experience in multi-national company highly preferable.
Experience in retail/hospitality service is preferable.
Computer literacy (preparedness to learn and manage computer software packages necessary for office work, especially related to communication and information management).
