Job Summary
Oversee and manage all operations within the Further Processing Section, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards for PT Santosa Agrindo's processed food products.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the further processing team, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimize processing parameters, equipment operation, and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and processes to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with the R&D department on new product development and process improvements.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within the section.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.) and occupational health and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Generate production reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a further processing environment.
- Strong understanding of food processing techniques, equipment, and technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and quality control principles.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with inventory management and production planning systems is a plus.
