Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Promotor Furniture role based in Probolinggo. The Sales Promotor Furniture is responsible for promoting and selling household furniture products to walk-in customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting product features and benefits, and providing price and promotion information. The role involves arranging and maintaining furniture displays, keeping the sales area clean and organized, and updating stock and price tags as needed. The Sales Promotor Furniture also supports basic administrative tasks related to sales, follows company sales procedures, and collaborates with the store team to meet individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, explain product features clearly, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Sales and persuasion abilities, including experience or interest in retail sales, meeting targets, and supporting promotional activities.
• Basic product knowledge and learning agility, with willingness to understand furniture materials, designs, and care instructions, and stay informed about promotions and new arrivals.
• Organization and attention to detail, including maintaining neat product displays, ensuring accurate price labels, and supporting simple sales documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Probolinggo in a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic numerical skills for handling prices, discounts, and stock counts.
• Previous experience in retail, furniture, or electronics sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork, with a positive attitude and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
