Job Description

Fundraising

  • Lead and ensure smooth processes related to grants, blended financing, and innovative funding for each business line.
  • Design supporting documents together with business units such as business plans, pitch decks, financial plans and other relevant documents to support the funding process.
  • Identify funding opportunities from grants, blended financing, to innovative funding per business line and establish agreements with donors/investors.
  • Prepare reports on results from various funding sources to ensure transparency and accountability.

Sales Acquisition

  • Responsible for the process and achievement of sales acquisition targets in the business.
  • Evaluate and improve sales methods, data alignment, marketing techniques, and other strategies to improve sales team performance between & all business units.
  • Act as a representative of the sales team for certain market segments according to the company's targets.
  • Prepare reports related to sales achievements and identify gaps against predetermined targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business, or any related majors.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in fundraising (grant, blended financing, Series A/B) and Sales management for the B2B segment, especially in the corporate sector, startups, or organizations with similar business models.
  • Have a deep understanding and fast learning ability about the funding ecosystem in the waste management sector (venture capital, grant, carbon credit, plastic credit, etc.).
  • Ability to prepare business plans, pitch decks, and other supporting documents.
  • Negotiation skills to establish agreements and good relationships with external parties.
  • Analytical and research skills to identify funding opportunities and market segments.
  • Have a high ability to collaborate and lead a team to achieve planned targets.
  • Oriented towards planned achievement targets.
