Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-oriented Relationship Manager - Funding & Deposits to drive deposit portfolio growth in the Jakarta region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring new individual and institutional depositors, managing high-net-worth customer relationships, and promoting our savings and time deposit (Deposito) products while adhering to strict compliance and service excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deposit Acquisition & Portfolio Growth: Proactively acquire and manage individual, corporate, and institutional clients to drive deposit inflows (Savings & Time Deposits / Deposito) and achieve funding targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships with valued clients by offering tailored financial and deposit solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with branch operations and Head Office divisions to ensure seamless account opening, fast turnaround times, and superior customer service.
- Target & Portfolio Monitoring: Periodically track sales realization, monitor deposit maturity schedules, and execute strategies for timely roll-overs and deposit retention.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all deposit operations and account creations adhere strictly to internal Risk Management standards and banking regulations.
- KYC & AML/CFT Adherence: Apply rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) principles and ensure full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) guidelines during client onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in funding acquisition, deposit sales, or priority banking (experience in BPR or retail banking preferred).
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of deposit products, time deposits (Deposito), interest rate dynamics, and local wealth market opportunities.
- Key Skills: Strong interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Location: Willing to be stationed in Jakarta.
