Job Responsibilities
Support the funding product and operation related activities across the regions, including:
- Set up and maintain funding system parameters, including funding allocation strategies for new entities and existing lenders;
- Daily monitor the funding allocations and KPIs for funding accuracy and effectiveness;
- Collaborate with various teams, i.e. Product, Finance, Technology and Risk to implement business and funding related initiatives;
- Support Senior Funding Product Solution Manager on daily and ad-hoc requests;
- Initiate Funding system improvement, create BRD, perform UAT testing and launch new product features;
- Create and develop data mining for funding allocation analysis and strategies;
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial industry (e.g. banks, paylaters, fintech, etc.), fresh graduates are also welcome to apply if meeting the education background;
- Bachelor's degree from Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or similar;
- Familiarity with SQL, Phyton, Scala and Tableau in professional setting is preferred;
- Possess strong integrity, data-driven, result-oriented, and able to respond in a punctual manner;
- Strong communicator in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
