Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily disbursement and repayment processes, ensuring payment details and account numbers are accurate.
  • Maintain sufficient bank balances to ensure smooth and uninterrupted settlements.
  • Reconcile insurance transactions, including premium registration and claim processing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support the month-end closing process.
  • Serve as the PIC for external coordination with insurance and funding partners.
  • Support other ad-hoc finance and operational activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Finance or Funding Operations; experience in P2P lending, BNPL, or financial services is preferred.
  • Strong data accuracy, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks.
