Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for Workday Finance solutions
  • Configuration of Workday Financial such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Contract to Cash, Expenses, Consolidation
  • Participate in system testing activities, including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Help prepare functional documentation, including process flows and user guides
  • Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshoot basic system issues
  • Assist in data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field-
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ERP Finance implementation/support
  • Strong understanding of financial processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or others)
  • Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project lifecycle (implementation, rollout, support) is a plus
