Functional Consultant (WMS)

Job Description:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure smooth implementation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Configure and customize WMS solutions to align with customer needs.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise during implementation and post-go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and project managers, to enhance system functionality.
• Support internal Mplus teams as a Functional Consultant for Odoo ERP, as the system shares similarities with WMS.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or WMS-related projects.
• Strong fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge business and technical needs.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training end-users.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and WMS platforms. Experience in Supply-Chain company is a plus too
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
• Relevant certifications in ERP, WMS, or Business Analysis are a plus.
