We're hiring: Fullstack Engineer (AI-Native) — TemiDev

TemiDev is a software development agency under Temika Group, a cybersecurity-focused company. We build and maintain software for clients and our own products.

We're looking for a fullstack engineer to build features, solve production issues, and improve products that people already use. You'll work directly with the CTO within an established development workflow, with room to contribute to technical decisions and improve how we work.

AI coding tools are part of our daily development process. We're looking for someone who uses them confidently, understands their limitations, and takes responsibility for the quality of the code they ship.

What you'll work on

• Build and maintain backend and frontend features using Go, Node.js/TypeScript, and React/Next.js.
• Maintain APIs, PostgreSQL databases, and integrations.
• Investigate production issues and improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Work from specs through implementation, code review, testing, and deployment, using AI tools where appropriate and verifying their output.
• Keep documentation and project context current, and discuss technical decisions, trade-offs, and estimates with the CTO.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Backend experience with Go or Node.js/TypeScript. Experience with both is a plus.
• Solid frontend experience with React and Next.js.
• Practical PostgreSQL experience, including schema design, queries, and migrations.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, deployment, REST APIs, and Git-based code review.
• Secure coding practices, including authentication, input validation, and secrets management.
• Ability to work independently from a spec, communicate progress, and flag blockers early.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and comfort reading and writing technical English.

Required experience with AI coding tools

• At least 6 months of active Claude Code use on real projects.
• A practical understanding of LLMs, including tokens, context windows, hallucinations, and model limitations.
• Ability to provide clear instructions, relevant context, constraints, and expected results, and maintain project context using CLAUDE.md or similar files, specs, and relevant code.
• A repeatable approach to planning, generating, reviewing, testing, and refining code, with human review throughout.
• Judgment about when to use AI, change approach, or solve a problem yourself.
• Practical experience using or building at least one of the following to automate recurring development tasks: agents, subagents, MCP integrations, hooks, or custom commands.

Useful experience

• Microservices or event-driven systems.
• Agency work or development across multiple client projects.
• Building reusable skills, plugins, or MCP servers for a team.
• AWS or GCP, logging, metrics, and monitoring.
