Fullstack Developer (Mandarin-speaker)

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory and will be the primary consideration during the selection process.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin with overseas teams, clients, vendors, and business stakeholders.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
4. Strong backend development experience using Golang and PHP.
5. Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or equivalent).
6. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations.
7. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
8. Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Golang and PHP.
2. Build and integrate APIs with internal and external systems.
3. Develop both frontend and backend features based on business requirements.
4. Perform debugging, testing, and code reviews to ensure code quality and system reliability.
5. Collaborate closely with product, QA, and cross-functional teams.
6. Communicate regularly in Mandarin with international stakeholders and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. HSK certification or equivalent Mandarin language qualification.
2. Previous experience working in a Mandarin-speaking environment.
3. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
4. Knowledge of microservices architecture.
5. Familiarity with Redis, message queues, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
