Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable web applications using the latest technologies and frameworks
- Work collaboratively with the design and product teams to create attractive and user-friendly websites
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, from database queries and source code, to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct cross-browser testing to ensure consistent user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and backend trends to drive continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience with portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS & Javascript and familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Reach, Vue.js, Tailwind.
- Solid back-end experience with Python, PHP, Node.js, or Go.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience using database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in simple and understandable language.
