Role Description The Math Secondary Tutor will provide full-time, on-site tutoring to secondary-level students at the Kelapa Gading learning center. This role involves planning and delivering engaging math lessons aligned with international curricula, including IB and Cambridge, with a focus on topics such as algebra and other core mathematical concepts. The tutor will assess students understanding, identify learning gaps, and adjust instruction to support individual needs and academic goals. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, conducting small-group, assigning and reviewing practice work, and providing clear feedback and progress updates. The tutor will also collaborate with the center's team to maintain consistent teaching standards and participate in periodic training or curriculum discussions.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics, including Algebra and secondary-level math topics.
• Proven Tutoring and teaching skills, preferably with experience supporting international curricula students.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and encourage student participation.
• Familiarity with Online Tutoring tools and platforms is an advantage, even though the role is primarily on-site.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with IB, Cambridge, or other international curricula is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage small groups and individual sessions, with strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and supporting diverse learners.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Kelapa Gading and adapt to the center's schedule.
