Dozens Group is the parent company of Dozens Studio (Creative Agency), FOCUS Production House (Production House), and THIS Branding House (Branding & Design House).
We are a creative house providing services of Branding, Social Media Management, Online Campaign Activation, Photography, and Videography, and many more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within a creative agency
- Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to build solutions
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal creative and project teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Confident in client presentations, meetings, and proposal delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in pursuing new sales opportunities
- Familiarity with branding, marketing, social media, or creative services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Represent the company in client-facing engagements
- Understand client businesses, goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop growth strategies and achieve sales targets
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and partnership opportunities
- Lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Prepare business development reports and performance updates
