Full Stack Java Developer
- Analyze and design system solutions based on business requirements documented in the Business Requirement Document (BRD), including providing project timeline estimates from the analysis phase through production implementation.
- Perform system support and development activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in accordance with the agreed system analysis and design documented in the Functional Specification Document (FSD).
- Prepare and execute system implementation/deployment activities for applications that have completed the development phase and are ready for production release.
- Maintain and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance, and troubleshoot and resolve production issues or system-related incidents.
- Collaborate closely with business users, project stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered within the agreed timeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, or other relevant technologies.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with application servers such as Oracle WebLogic and IBM WebSphere.
- Hands-on experience with development frameworks such as Spring Framework, Laravel, .NET MVC, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
