Full Stack Engineer

Company Overview:

Our client, a Singapore leading home tuition matching platform powered by innovative, high-traffic tech solutions. As they scale operations, they are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer to optimize their web and mobile platforms, drive long-term system maintainability, and lead an expanding development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web and mobile features from database to UI.
• Write clean code, optimize bottlenecks, and refactor existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Develop reusable components and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to proactively improve systems.
• Lead and mentor development team members as the team scales.

Requirements:

• Min 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Advanced PHP and strong SQL/MariaDB query optimization fundamentals.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native, and Expo.
• Experience with WordPress customization, plugins, and performance tuning.
• Strong background in RESTful API development and AI integrations.
• Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with push notifications, performance debugging, and manual/automated testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, Beanstalk, and Figma Dev Mode.
• Prior experience working with remote or cross-border teams.
