Gabo is building an AI workforce that handles customer conversations for businesses across WhatsApp, chat, email and voice. Today, most companies still rely on humans to respond to leads, answer questions, and follow up manually. This leads to slow replies, missed opportunities, and lost revenue.

What You'll Work On

• Real-time messaging flows across WhatsApp, voice, and chat

• AI-driven workflows for lead qualification, booking, and follow-up

• Inbox and escalation systems for human intervention

• Integrations with external systems such as CRM, calendars, and payments

• Core product features across frontend and backend

What We're Looking For

  • You've built and shipped real products, not just worked on isolated tasks. You understand what it means for something to run in production and be used by real customers.
  • You debug with data, not guesses. When something breaks, you look at logs, traces, and behavior to understand what actually happened.
  • You default to simple solutions. You only introduce complexity when it is necessary, not because it looks better on paper.
  • You think in systems, not just features. You consider edge cases, failure modes, and how things behave over time, especially when dealing with real-time messaging and integrations.
  • You are comfortable owning the full lifecycle of a feature. From idea to implementation to production, including fixing issues and improving it after release.
  • You move fast and prefer shipping over perfection. You are able to make progress without waiting for perfect specs or detailed instructions.
  • You are comfortable working in a small team with high ownership. You want to build, not just maintain, and you care about the product you are working on.
