We are seeking a driven and highly detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to build and enhance cutting-edge digital experiences. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications while collaborating with project managers, designers, and fellow developers. This role involves building scalable backend systems, optimising performance, and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of user experience and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
• Design and implement scalable backend systems using Go (preferred) or Python, with PostgreSQL and Redis for data management.
• Develop and maintain CRM and software-as-a-service (SaaS) dashboards with dynamic Access Control List (ACL) management.
• Collaborate with designers and fellow developers to develop and integrate new features into our existing applications and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
• Optimise applications for speed and scalability while ensuring a top-notch user experience.
• Contribute ideas for new features and improvements, staying on top of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work alongside a global team to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency

• Frontend: Strong knowledge of ReactJS, NextJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Backend: Experience with Go (preferred) or Python.
• Database & Caching: Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Redis.

Additional Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
• Passion for innovation and an eagerness to explore new technologies.
