Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with AI/GenAI experience to design, develop, and maintain AI Agent platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, React, TypeScript, and modern cloud technologies, along with exposure to AI/GenAI and AI Agent development.
The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality AI-powered applications and user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI Agent applications and platforms using Python, React, TypeScript, and Chakra UI.
- Build and enhance AI Agents for various organizations and business use cases across the company.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces and applications.
- Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Implement and maintain automated testing, including unit and functional tests.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments, trends, and technologies in Full Stack Development and AI/GenAI.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 6–10 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, preferably in a platform/ product engineering environment.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in:
- Python
- React
- TypeScript
- Chakra UI
- Experience with and strong commitment to automated testing, including unit and functional testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services such as:
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon S3
- Amazon ECS
- Load Balancers
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience building AI Agent platforms or AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of modern authorization and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in Python, React, and TypeScript, combined with practical exposure to AI/GenAI and AI Agent platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, cloud, testing, and AI components while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
