Job Summary

We are looking for Full Stack Developers with strong Python development experience and foundational knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

The selected candidates will work on application development, REST API integration, authentication & authorization workflows, security integrations, and application modernization initiatives.

Candidates should be comfortable working across the technology stack and willing to learn organization-specific CIAM patterns through a structured CIAM Bootcamp.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
• Design, develop, integrate, and test RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, user lifecycle, and access-control integrations.
• Work on CIAM capabilities including:
• OAuth 2.0 & OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SAML & Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• User Registration, Login & Account Recovery
• Token Management & API Security
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, and development teams.
• Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot application defects and support deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and technical documentation.
• Follow secure coding, DevSecOps, and enterprise engineering practices.
• Complete the CIAM bootcamp and apply CIAM concepts in project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python development experience with one or more:
• FastAPI
• Django
• Flask
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
• React
• Angular
• Vue.js
• Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git/Git-based source control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Basic understanding of CIAM, IAM, Identity Management, or Application Security.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed/enterprise team environment.
