Full Stack Developer

Location: Bogor, Kota (Work From Office, meals provided)

Salary Range: IDR 5-6 million

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging both frontend and backend components of web and mobile applications for the company. Using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and backend technologies, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional web applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development:

• Designing and developing responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimization for speed and performance
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web pages

2. Backend Development:

• Developing and maintaining server-side applications and APIs (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.)
• Managing databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ensuring data integrity and security
• Integrating third-party services and APIs

3. Full Project Lifecycle:

• Participating in client meetings to understand project requirements
• Collaborating with project managers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects on time
• Handling deployment processes and maintaining web hosting environments

4. Debugging & Testing:

• Identifying and fixing bugs in both frontend and backend code
• Writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Staying updated with the latest web technologies
• Optimizing code and workflows to improve scalability and maintainability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years experience in full stack development
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Must have software knowledge in the following: Figma, Photoshop
• Experience building web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and backend frameworks (Node.js, PHP, or similar)
• Proficiency in API, JSON, HTTP, and RESTful web services
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Having experience with Shopify, WordPress, or Magento will be a plus
